Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals meets within 30 days of the submission of an application for appeal.
Administrative Appeal: Hears and decides appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by, or failure to act by, the Code Enforcement Officer or Planning Board in the enforcement or administration of the Land Use Ordinance.
Variance Appeal: Hears and decides appeals where an applicant seeks a relaxation of the dimensional requirements in the Land Use Ordinance for lot area, lot width, frontage and setbacks.
