Effective November 15th, 2025 the parks behind the Town Office building: Cindy Blodgett Park and Jay Galusha Dog Park, will be CLOSED to the public.

We apologize for needing to do this! The reason for this decision is because construction of the new Fire Station is moving forward, which is creating more traffic.

We need to move STAFF PARKING ONLY to the back of the building. As a result, public members WILL NOT be able to WALK or DRIVE down back to the parks, because this poses a safety hazard as law enforcement vehicles and staff vehicles require the space to be clear of all vehicle and foot traffic.

There is no end date for this as of now, but construction on the station is expected to go until June of next year.
